Event on 3/18/26 @4pm

Young women attended a prayer service hosted by our Sisters stationed at Garvey Manor Nursing Home in  Hollidaysburg, PA. The women were welcomed into St. Joseph's Chapel where they were given a prayer booklet to assist them in praying the Rosary and Evening Prayer. They had an opportunity to write a petition which they placed in the basket when a hymn dedicated to St.Joseph was played. Sister Dolores Carmel welcomed them introducing all the Sisters who were present including Sr. Jacinta Mary, Sr. Ann, Sr.Robert, and Sr.Joachim Anne.  The program was then explained to those present. Sister Joachim Anne explained in detail why as Sisters we pray and the reasons behind the structure of the Rosary and the Liturgy of the Hours. Prayers were concluded with the Salve Regina and then the social followed. There were a total of 8 young women, 2 mothers, and one infant (future Carmelite).  It was a beautiful, peaceful, and blessed evening.
