How did we hear His voice and answer His call? Listen to some of our Sisters vocation stories. Perhaps you will hear a story that speaks to you.
I was born into a Catholic family. My parents taught me to love God and others. As a young girl, I liked to lead a simple and prayerful life.
I was born into a Catholic family. My parents taught me to love God and others. As a young girl, I liked to lead a simple and prayerful life. I also wanted to do something for all people around the world. Through prayer, I was led to become a Sister so that I could pray for everyone and put myself in the service of God. I then met the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm and entered the Congregation in 2001. I professed final vows on June 21, 2009 and I am currently stationed in one of our Homes in Naperville, IL. With the grace of God and with the love and support of my fellow Sisters, I am happy in my religious life.
