March 22: My Lenten Reflection

I would like to start my Reflections with a saying from Venerable Mary Angeline Teresa McCory, O. Carm. “The spirit of Carmel has always been a double one of prayer and zeal.” Especially during Lent the importance of my setting precious time spent with Our Lord and Our Lady in prayer.  One cannot stay in focus during Lent without the following words from our Foundress- “Be always faithful.” “The kindness you show to others always comes back to you.” Wishing all a spiritual and prayerful Lent.
