Most generous and loving God
I’m grateful through and through,
For all I am and all I have
Is “gift” received from You.
I thank you for
the gift of Life –
The best gift ever given.
No only have I life on earth,
But some day, life in heaven.
And then there’s family,
friends and “foe.”
Yes, “Everything is gift.”
No matter what
You send our way
It’s meant to give a lift.
And thank you, Lord,
for special gifts;
The ones I never see.
The many secret, helpful things
You always do for me.
