The Carmelite Order is blessed with many Saints and Blessed. Their lives show us how God calls each one by name. He shows us by the lives of our Carmelite Saints how there are many streams in Carmel but only one Source - that source is God. Despite the differences in education and social backgrounds, culture, personality and upbringing, they held these in common: love of God, love of Mary, love of the Order and a deep awareness and appreciation of the centrality of the Cross, as the only way to Light, Love and Life.
